As an Account Manager, you will drive profitable growth by building a strong sales pipeline, developing trusted customer relationships, and identifying new business opportunities. In this role, you will manage assigned accounts, lead complex RFQs and pricing negotiations, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand both technical and commercial customer requirements. Our Team
You will be part of the Inside Sales organization, working closely with customers, Business Development Managers, Business Units, lead generation, marketing, and other cross-functional teams. The team focuses on developing customer relationships, nurturing leads, identifying business opportunities, and increasing revenue within the region.
What You Will Do
• Drive profitable growth within a defined territory and/or market.
• Develop, foster, and expand customer relationships using traditional and digital sales tactics.
• Manage and maintain an individual sales pipeline while identifying new business opportunities.
• Manage complex RFQs and lead pricing negotiations.
• Resolve customer issues and provide solutions in a timely manner.
• Develop new ideas and approaches that enhance the customer experience.
• Capture technical and commercial customer requirements in collaboration with Business Development Managers and multiple Business Units.
• Partner with lead generation and marketing teams to understand and nurture leads through digital and social media channels.
• Continuously develop product knowledge to confidently support customer needs.
• Analyze sales trends and define success metrics within customer accounts.
• Use modern communication technology to deliver presentations and demonstrations virtually.
