About the role

The FP&A; & Category Manager will be responsible for driving financial planning, performance management, and strategic decision support across the business, with particular focus on category performance and profitability.
The role will lead the P&L; forecasting and analysis process, provide financial assessment of new products and business initiatives, ensure disciplined management of OPEX and Working Capital, and partner closely with Marketing, Sales, Supply Chain, and other functions to identify growt
