We are seeking an experienced AI & Automation Solution Architect to establish and lead the technical foundation for Automation, Artificial Intelligence, and Generative AI initiatives across our enterprise database services landscape.
In this strategic, high-visibility role, you will provide architectural leadership for existing database automation frameworks while defining and delivering the roadmap for next-generation capabilities—including AI Agents, Agentic AI, RAG-based solutions, and intelligent operational workflows. Your primary focus will be transforming standalone automations into a scalable, governed, and enterprise-ready platform aligned with our broader corporate AI strategy.

Key Responsibilities

Architecture & Platform Strategy
• Define and govern the overarching AI and Automation architecture strategy for enterprise database platforms.
• Design scalable, modular,



and reusable automation frameworks supporting large-scale database operations.
• Drive the adoption of Generative AI capabilities to enhance operational efficiency, incident remediation, and engineering productivity.

Enterprise AI & Agentic Integration
• Architect production integrations with modern AI ecosystems, including Azure AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI, Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, RAG services, and Agentic AI platforms.
• Establish development standards, security controls, observability, evaluation metrics, and guardrails for deployed AI solutions.

Database Automation & Lifecycle Engineering
• Lead the technical evolution of infrastructure-as-code and configuration management pipelines across large database estates.
• Oversee automated database lifecycle processes including provisioning, patching, backup/restore, failover, and compliance reporting.

Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Partner closely with Database
