The global project "Feminism in Action for Structural Transformation (GV FAST)", works with state and civil society actors in Armenia, Colombia,
Tunisia and Rwanda to overcome structural causes of gender inequality and discrimination. Starting points include changing discriminatory social norms and gender roles through gender-transformative approaches and breaking down structural barriers for marginalized groups. In particular, the role will be working closely with the thematic areas of gender communication in times of anti-gender movements and gender pushback, as well as feminist approaches to data, and digital strategies leading towards more gender transformative change.
