Human Resources Manager

Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Human Resources Manager to support a dynamic and growing international business environment. This position will serve as a strategic HR partner, providing guidance and expertise across the employee lifecycle while collaborating with business leaders and HR colleagues in a integral organization.

The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering both strategic and operational human resources support, including employee relations, talent management, organizational effectiveness, performance management, compensation, compliance, and workforce planning. This individual must be comfortable handling sensitive and confidential matters, operating with a high degree of independence, and partnering effectively across multiple levels of the organization.

This role requires exceptional judgment, discretion, professionalism, and the ability to build strong relationships in a complex business environment.

Job Duties:
Human Resources Partnership




• Partner with business leaders to provide HR guidance and support on organizational and people-related matters.
• Support workforce planning, employee engagement, talent development, and organizational effectiveness initiatives.
• Translate business objectives into practical HR solutions and recommendations.
• Contribute to talent planning, succession planning, and organizational change initiatives.

Employee Relations & Compliance
• Serve as a trusted resource for employee relations matters, workplace concerns, conflict resolution, and investigations.
• Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws, employment regulations, and company policies.
• Provide guidance on performance management, corrective actions, workplace policies, and employee development.
• Stay informed of legislative and regulatory developments and partner with stakeholders to support compliance efforts.
