We are looking for a hands-on AdTech Engineer to build, maintain and optimize the technical infrastructure that powers digital advertising monetization.
The role will focus on header bidding, publisher-side ad delivery, SSP integrations, auction performance and advertising instrumentation. This is an engineering role - not campaign trafficking, media buying or campaign management.
Responsibilities
• Build, configure and maintain Prebid.js/header bidding implementations, including bidder adapters, modules and version upgrades.
• Integrate and maintain connections with SSPs and demand partners.
• Implement and troubleshoot publisher-side advertising using Google Ad Manager (GAM), Google Publisher Tags (GPT) and related technologies.
• Optimize auction and wrapper performance, including timeouts, lazy loading, request management and page performance/Core Web Vitals.
• Support floor-price configuration and testing in partnership with yield/monetization teams.
• Build and maintain analytics and logging to monitor auctions, bids, demand-partner performance and technical issues.
• Troubleshoot ad delivery issues across browsers, devices and publisher properties.
• Work with engineering, product and monetization teams to test and deploy changes safely.
• Support the passing of available audience, contextual and first-party signals into the advertising stack where required.

Required experience
• 3–5 years of software engineering experience, preferably within digital advertising, publishing or monetization technology.
• Strong hands-on JavaScript/TypeScript experience.
• Practical experience with Prebid.js or another header-bidding implementation.
• Understanding of programmatic advertising and real-time auctions.
• Experience working with GAM/GPT and SSP integrations
• Strong browser debugging and web-development fundamentals.
• Familiarity with performance optimization, asynchronous JavaScript, APIs and network requests.
