Track & Trace Agent - Needed To Deliver Precision On Every Load

You're the person who notices the details everyone else misses. You like knowing exactly what needs to happen, keeping everything organized, doing it steadily and well, and closing every loop. You'd rather let your work speak for itself than be the loudest voice in the room, and you take quiet pride in a job done right. Here, every load has a clear process from pickup to delivery, and you'll keep it on track, document every step, and stay calm when plans change. If accuracy and consistency are what you're proud of, you'll love this seat.

As a Track & Trace Agent on our Domestic team, you follow every load from pickup to delivery. Your day is built on steady, consistent routines: status calls with carriers and drivers, updating the customer and team, and documenting every event in the system. You'll secure proof of delivery (POD), log detention time, and score carrier performance on our carrier report card. When something starts to slip, you catch it early and act before it turns into an escalation.

You'll need to track and trace, dispatch, logistics coordination or customer service experience, strong attention to detail, clear phone communication, and comfort with a TMS.
