About Vestacy
Vestacy is a standalone company (carved out from Reckitt) with a clear purpose: to transform houses into homes. We’re home to some of the world’s most trusted brands (Air Wick, Resolve, Brasso, Calgon, Cillit Bang, Woolite, and Mortein) helping millions of people care for the spaces they live in every day.
Backed by Advent, a leading general private equity firm, we have the freedom to think big and move fast. With over 3,000 colleagues across 20+ countries, we see every person as a Founder, empowered to make bold decisions and shape what’s next.
We care for our company the way you care for your own home: with energy, passion, and pride. Here, you’ll find space to grow, opportunities to lead, and the support to thrive. Together, we’re building something extraordinary.

About the role
This is a specialist role supporting Mexico ERP implementation as we migrate off SAP and implement Microsoft Dynamics 365.
Reporting to the Finance Lead for ERP Transformation, you will lead the order-to-cash (O2C)

and trade promotion management (TPM) workstream, owning the design and delivery of these processes in the new system and the way trade spend flows through to accurate financial results.
For a consumer goods business, trade spend is one of the largest items on the P&L;, so this role carries real weight. You will make sure promotions, deductions, claims are designed to settle cleanly and report accurately, that the order-to-cash cycle from customer master data through to cash application is fit for purpose and well controlled, and that the TPM solution and the wider commercial teams connect properly to Dynamics 365. You will also work closely with the Finance Director & Controller, the finance group transformation team at corporate headquarters, commercial finance, and external implementation consultants.
This is a hands-on delivery and leadership role for someone who knows O2C and trade promotion from the inside.
