Job Description

Molex is seeking a Senior Technical Project Manager to lead technology and infrastructure initiatives supporting its rapidly expanding manufacturing campus in Guadalajara, Mexico. The role involves coordinating integral technical teams, managing infrastructure deployments, enterprise application rollouts, and digital transformation projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end technical and infrastructure project delivery.
• Manage project plans, timelines, budgets, risks, dependencies, and status reporting.
• Coordinate Infrastructure, Network, Security, Cloud, Applications, Engineering, and Operations teams.
• Support manufacturing site expansion, technology deployments, application localization, and UAT.




• Provide executive-level updates and manage stakeholders across Mexico, North America, and Asia.

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of technical project management experience.
• Strong experience with infrastructure, networking, cloud, security, hosting, storage, and enterprise applications.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and executive reporting skills.
• Experience managing multiple complex projects and globally distributed teams.
• Business-professional English proficiency.
• Willingness to work onsite in a manufacturing campus environment.
