REQUIREMENTS:
• 5+ years of software development experience, with strong hands-on experience in OutSystems.
• Strong expertise in OutSystems Developer Cloud (ODC), including application architecture, Service Actions, Entities, Roles, deployment, and lifecycle management.
• Mandatory: Valid OutSystems Professional Certification.
• Strong experience with REST APIs, JSON data structures, OAuth, and enterprise integrations.




• Experience with application architecture and technical design, including module decomposition, service layers, data models, and integration patterns.
• Hands-on experience with AI-assisted development tools and workflows, such as Claude, Claude Code, or similar AI coding tools.
• Experience with spec-driven development, including requirements validation, acceptance criteria, and technical specification reviews.
• Strong experience with code reviews, development standards, troubleshooting, and code quality.
• Experience mentoring and providing technical guidance to developers, including pairing, code reviews, and development best practices.
• Experience with Azure DevOps, Confluence, and modern software development lifecycle practices.
