Requirements
• Accounting or Tax Degree, minimum of 5 yrs of experience
• Fluent in English
• Computer skills: SAT website, Office (Excel: intermediate-advanced)
• High work standards, honesty, and attention to detail
Key Accountabilities
• Calculation and payment preparation of all taxes (monthly and annual), according to the current Tax legislation in Mexico
• Monthly, annual and informative Tax Filings
• Filing and follow up of Tax refund requests
• Calculation of monthly intercompany invoices
• Monthly information package to Corporate (USA)
• Coordinate monthly and annual audits, as well as Audited financial statements
• Attention to Tax Authorities requests, audits, and general relationship
• Filing of monthly reports of gas consumption to Tax Authorities
• Monthly Journal entries and account reconciliations
