We’re looking for an experienced Appointment Setter / Dispatcher based in Mexico to contact U.S. homeowner leads and schedule appointments for Roofing, Bathroom Remodeling, and Window Replacement projects.
*Responsibilities*
- Call new leads promptly and follow up with homeowners.
- Confirm project details, eligibility, interest, and availability.
- Schedule appointments between homeowners and contractors.
- Handle objections and help homeowners move forward with booking.
- Keep accurate notes and update lead statuses in our CRM.
- Coordinate with our team to improve appointment quality and attendance.
*Requirements*
- Previous experience in Home Services appointment setting, dispatching, or a sales call center.
- Experience with Roofing, Bath, or Windows leads is strongly preferred.
- Excellent spoken English and confidence speaking with U.S. homeowners.
- Strong phone sales, objection handling, and follow-up skills.
- Availability during U.S. business hours.
- Reliable internet, a headset, and a quiet workspace.
