The Opportunity
Cebron is seeking Certified Public Accountants and Chartered Accountants to originate clients for the program. Candidates should have an existing network of clients. This may or may not be a full-time position, depending on the candidate.

How the Program Works
• Clients may be located in the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC), Asia, Africa, or Latin America.
• Cebron leads the acquisition, on behalf of the client, of multiple profitable, cash-flowing businesses in the United States.
• Clients are not required to operate or be involved in the day-to-day business of the acquisitions.



Cebron and the client appoint experienced executives and operators, while the client provides oversight, decision making, and controlling ownership.
• Cebron would typically seek to acquire from 3 to 10 companies for a single client over the course of 3 to 5 years.
• Each acquisition typically has about $50 million in annual revenue. The objective is to acquire multiple companies, then combine and integrate them to become a much larger company, with a target of $500 million or more in combined annual revenue, that could potentially be taken public, operated long-term, or sold to a strategic buyer.
• Clients must meet a minimum cash threshold to participate in the program.
