At ISISPHARMA Mexico, we are looking for a Business Intelligence & Sales Force Effectiveness Manager to strengthen our analytical capabilities and help turn business insights into commercial growth.
Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position based in Mexico City.
You will lead business intelligence and sales force effectiveness initiatives, translating sales, market, customer, and field activity data into actionable recommendations for Sales, Marketing, and Finance.
The role combines strategic analysis with hands-on execution, including dashboard development, performance monitoring, data management, and the continuous improvement of commercial processes.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and maintain dashboards that track sales performance against targets, budgets, and forecasts by channel,



territory, customer, and product.
• Analyze internal sales and external market data to identify growth opportunities, portfolio trends, and competitive dynamics.
• Lead healthcare professional segmentation and targeting, territory alignment, and sales force coverage and frequency analysis.
• Evaluate field force effectiveness through CRM activity, reach, frequency, productivity, and commercial results.
• Support the design, administration, and evaluation of sales targets and incentive schemes.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Finance on forecasting, business reviews, and commercial planning.
• Measure the performance of promotional initiatives and recommend improvements in resource allocation.
• Strengthen data quality, consistency, and reporting processes across systems.
• Train stakeholders on dashboards and BI tools, helping teams translate insights into action.
