Job Title: Senior Salesforce QA Engineer – CRT (Copado Robotic Testing)
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Senior Salesforce QA Engineer with strong hands-on expertise in Salesforce testing and Copado Robotic Testing (CRT). The idóneo candidate should be capable of contributing from day one, developing comprehensive test strategies, maintaining large-scale automated test suites, and collaborating with development and business teams to ensure high-quality releases.
Key Responsibilities
• Analyze functional and technical requirements, mapping documents, and translate them into comprehensive test plans and test cases.
• Develop, execute, and maintain automated test cases using CRT and TOSCA.
• Write and maintain 500+ automated test cases, ensuring adequate test coverage and reliability.
• Perform Salesforce functional, regression, and integration testing.
• Participate in test case review meetings, document defects, and coordinate defect resolution with development and Business Systems Analyst (BSA) teams.
• Analyze test execution results and validate existing functionality.
• Create and maintain defect metrics, testing reports, and project progress updates.
• Communicate daily testing progress, risks, and issues to the QA Lead and project stakeholders.
• Collaborate effectively with onsite and offshore teams.
• Identify opportunities to improve QA processes, testing standards, and automation efficiency.
• Ensure timely delivery of thoroughly tested Salesforce features that meet business requirements.
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in QA engineering, with a strong focus on Salesforce.
• Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce.com and Salesforce Cloud or similar cloud platforms.
• Extensive practical experience with Copado Robotic Testing (CRT).
• Proven experience writing and maintaining 500+ automated test cases using CRT and/or TOSCA.
