As part of the R&D; Power Products NAM Engineering team, you will help evolve existing products and deliver innovative solutions that meet customer needs, manufacturing realities, and regulatory requirements.

What will you do?

• Support the Safety Switches offer through both product maintenance and product evolution
• Leading product evolution projects, including concept design, verification, validation, and qualification.
• Translating customer and product requirements into reliable, manufacturable engineering solutions
• Apply product development, design thinking, design for manufacturing, and validation methodologies
• Collaborate with R&D;, manufacturing, supply chain, production plants, and offer marketing to support product performance and evolution
• Support production audits and compliance with applicable regulatory standards
• Create and update FMEAs, FTAs, and other risk analysis documentation
• Create, review,



and approve parametric models and drawings for electromechanical equipment
• Interpret test data, perform analyses, and communicate clear technical conclusions
• Apply GD&T; and manufacturability principles to support product quality and reliability
