Ensure the achievement of Net Revenue Customer Pay (NRCP) sales targets for the assigned dealers by developing structured sales plans, conducting recurring business follow-up, and identifying all factors that may impact target achievement, including logistics, parts availability, compliance requirements, market conditions, and operational constraints.
Responsible for building tailor-made commercial strategies for each dealership and branch, coordinating closely with Marketing to ensure the organic execution of the defined marketing plan according to Mercedes-Benz México (MBMex) requirements, identifying the market potential of each branch by sales channel such as workshop, Over The Counter (OTC), and Body & Paint (B&P;), and supporting dealers in improving customer satisfaction performance through clear action plans aligned with Dealer Management teams
Day to day (main tasks):
· Develop and execute structured sales plans for the assigned dealer network to achieve NRCP targets, including recurring performance reviews, target tracking,
and definition of the commercial action plans required to close gaps and secure results. Identify and quantify the market potential of each dealership branch by sales channel, including workshop, OTC, and B&P;, to define channel-specific growth strategies, support customer satisfaction improvement. Consult the dealer on sales process optimization and best practice transfer from other workshops
· Definition of ambitious yet realistic growth targets (NRCP and supporting KPIs) for the assigned dealer network, based on MBMex market-wide business targets and strategies, local market conditions, dealer development potential, and historical performance
· Execute a bridge role between Customer Services (CS) organization of MBMex and assigned dealers including.:
· Representation of dealer interests in all relevant MBMex projects / initiatives.
· Driving the implementation of dealer-requested measures together with all relevant internal stakeholde
