Responsibilities

The Opportunity

The North America Early Talent Acquisition Junior Analyst will support the execution and operational delivery of PepsiCo’s North America Early Talent programs across the US and Canada. Based in the Mexico Capability Center,



this role will serve as a key partner to the Early Talent team, supporting recruiting operations, internship program execution, candidate experience, onboarding, conversion activities, vendor coordination, and program administration.

The role will work across Talent Acquisition, HR, hiring teams, external partners, and vendors to deliver a seamless experience for candidates, interns, and stakeholders. The Associate Analyst will also help identify opportunities to improve processes, leverage data and insights, and drive operational excellence across the North America Early Talent portfolio.

Your Impact

As Early Talent Aqusition Junior Analyst - North America your functions would consist of…

• Support day-to-day execution of North America Early Talent recruiting, onboarding, internship, and conversion programs across the US and Canada.

• Manage candidate and stakeholder inquiries related to recruiting process
