Are you a results-driven operations leader with a strong background in automotive manufacturing and customer-focused execution? Join our team and play a key role in supporting our BMW operations. In this position, you will lead manufacturing operations, drive strategic initiatives, strengthen operational excellence, and deliver business objectives through disciplined execution,
people development, and close alignment with customer expectations.
Responsibilities
• Monitor and improve key operational KPIs, including OEE, scrap, productivity, efficiency, PPM, delivery performance, absenteeism, and turnover.
• Lead Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement activities, including Kaizen, 5S, value stream mapping, waste reduction, and structured problem solving.
• Manage new project launches, SOP readiness, ramp-up activities, line transfers, and operational readiness for customer programs.
• Promote and maintain best manufacturing practices across the plant.
• Ensure compliance with all safety, health, environmental, and regulatory standards.
• Strengthen the plant safety culture, reduce incidents, and ensure compliance with EHS standards and internal safety systems.
