We're looking for a Creative Designer to own visual design output across paid media, brand, and content for a boutique growth marketing agency serving ambitious AI and SaaS companies. You will design ad creative, landing page assets, social content, and brand collateral that is built to perform — balancing strong visual craft with a clear understanding of what makes creative work in a paid and organic context.
This is a hands-on execution role. You will be in the tools every day, producing finished assets across multiple client accounts and formats simultaneously. Strong design instincts and the ability to work within and across multiple brand systems without losing quality or consistency are the baseline. If you are a versatile designer who takes pride in the craft, moves fast, and understands that great creative serves a business outcome, this role is a strong fit.

What You'll Work On
Paid Media and Performance Creative
• Design static and animated ad creative for paid social and display across Meta, LinkedIn, Google, and other relevant channels
• Work from briefs, performance data, and creative strategy to produce assets that stop the scroll and drive results
• Resize and adapt creative across formats and placements efficiently and accurately
• Iterate on creative based on performance feedback and testing results
Brand and Content Design
• Design on-brand assets for client social media, email campaigns, landing pages, and
