Your Role:
As a Marketing Specialist, you will be part of the US Marketing Operations Governance team for Farm Animal and Pet Health, providing critical operational and compliance support. In this position,
you will be responsible for ensuring the integrity of our marketing materials and executing process excellence across our species-specific units. You will act as the primary liaison between marketing teams, regulatory bodies, and agencies to ensure every asset aligns with Elanco's global standards.
Your Responsibilities:
• Promotional Material Support: Oversee the end-to-end routing and compliance review of new materials, reference requests, and successor jobs within Elanco’s approved content management system (Veeva PromoMats) for both Farm Animal and Pet Health portfolios. This includes ensuring all materials are accurately linked to their appropriate references to maintain scientific and legal integrity.
• Compliance Oversight & Quality Assurance: Review artwork and asset uploads against original request forms to identify discrepancies; ensure all mandatory edits are completed prior to re-routing to maintain strict marketing governance
