Business Operations & Execution Specialist “Chief of Staff”

Acting as a strategic advisor, business facilitator, project governance lead, and executive support professional for Mexico & LATAM.
The role drives alignment, accountability, and execution of strategic priorities across all the business by coordinating critical initiatives, providing business insights and analysis, supporting leadership decision-making,



and facilitating cross-functional collaboration. In addition, the position ensures the effective management of executive operations, including calendar management, travel coordination, expense administration, executive communications, leadership events, and other administrative activities. Ultimately, the role serves as a multiplier of leadership effectiveness, accelerating execution, strengthening organizational effectiveness, and supporting the achievement of regional growth and business objectives.
