Sus responsabilidades claves
• Process all Electronic Purchase Requisitions, according with Purchasing commodities assigned for North
America Plants
• Prepares, executes and tracks purchase orders (including order confirmation, claims, etc.)
• Create and maintain relevant SAP purchasing data as needed. Examples include: Info Record, Source List,
Q-info.
• Material group maintenance.
• May coordinate purchasing activities with involved regions, departments and suppliers.
• Support and maintain alignment with Category Buyers in North America.
• Coordinate solving of operational issues with internal clients, accounting and suppliers (blocked invoices,
pricing, payment issues, etc.)
• Follow up pricing difference,
obsolete materials or with a different status with the Commodity buyers in
North America.
• Report the savings in the different reporting systems.
• Ticket resolution through Service Now.
• Provide support to internal and external users by addressing questions related to purchasing processes
and, when necessary, redirecting them to the appropriate specialists.
Sus aptitudes
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant work experience.
Job Information
• Proven experience in purchasing or procurement.
• Strong collaboration and teamwork skills, with the ability to develop effective cross functional relation-
ships.
• High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Proficiency in procurement systems and Microsoft Office.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Fluency in English, including speaking, reading, and writing
