In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
• Knowledge of cycle time optimization for machining centers and lathes.
• Knowledge of SMED (Single-Minute Exchange of Dies) to reduce setup times through standardization, proper tooling selection, quick-change devices, and related methodologies.
• Knowledge of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T;).
• Experience using software tools to support and optimize setup processes.
• Experience leading output improvement projects through process automation.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 quality management systems.
• Experience developing and maintaining process engineering procedures and work instructions.

For This Role, You Will Need:
• Experience with machining center equipment (lathes, CNC machines, milling machines, drilling machines, rotary tables, etc.)
and the tooling used in each operation.
• Strong understanding of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T;).
• Experience in process automation and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Experience with CNC software and data collection systems for OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) monitoring.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and SolidWorks.
• Experience with Mastercam and CAMWorks software.
• Intermediate English, with the ability to maintain fluent professional conversations.
Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Process Engineering within the metalworking/manufacturing industry.
