Fortrea has an exciting opportunity for a Human Resources Specialist to join the HR Service Delivery Team The Human Resources Specialist will act as a key contributor within the HR Service Delivery Team and is responsible for delivering superior customer service and providing quality and timely information to the people of the business regarding their general HR inquiries.

Responsibilities:
• Serve as a central point of contact for employees and leaders for HR-related inquiries received through the HR Case Management System, ensuring accurate and timely resolution.
• Provide superior customer service when responding to employee and manager questions regarding payroll, benefits, leave of absence, company policies, Workday transactions, and other general HR inquiries.
• Process and support employee lifecycle transactions in Workday, including hires, job changes, personal information changes, terminations, and other employee data updates,



as applicable.
• Review Workday transactions and employee data for accuracy and completeness, identifying and resolving data discrepancies or escalating issues when appropriate.
• Complete Form I-9 documentation and associated new-hire activities using Workday, ensuring required documentation is completed accurately and timely.
• Support new-hire and onboarding processes in Workday, including monitoring outstanding tasks and assisting employees and managers with Workday-related questions.
• Facilitate employee offboarding activities, including processing and/or validating Workday termination transactions, termination documentation, final pay coordination, and separation information.
• Assist employees and managers with Pay, Benefits, Time Off, and Leave of Absence inquiries, including navigating Workday and understanding applicable processes.
