Major duties & Responsibilities:

▪ Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies aligned with the overall business strategy. Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to identify new sales opportunities and formulate effective sales plans.

▪ Build and lead a high-performing sales team, providing coaching, guidance, and support to maximize their potential. Set clear sales targets, monitor performance, and conduct regular performance evaluations. Foster a culture of teamwork,



motivation, and accountability.

▪ Achieve Annual Operating KPI: revenue, profitability and portfolio transformation. Monitor sales performance against targets, identify gaps, and implement corrective actions as needed.

▪ Retention: Trigger Portfolio transformation aligned to the LRP and segment strategic posture. (experiencia evolucionar un product para que llegue a la madurez, analizar el portalofio y definir en que etapa van)

▪ Acquisition: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and collaborations to expand the customer base with new poultry, meat, and seafood processors both locally and abroad.
