We are seeking an organized, proactive,



and service-oriented Elementary School Assistant to support the daily operations of our Elementary School. This role will work closely with the Elementary School Director, teachers, families, and other school departments to ensure the smooth coordination of administrative processes, communication, events, and student-related activities.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide day-to-day administrative and organizational support to the Elementary School Director and wider Elementary team.

• Manage calendars, appointments, meetings, reminders, and communications with parents and other members of the school community.

• Respond to parent questions and requests in a professional and timely manner, escalating matters to the Elementary School Director when appropriate.

• Maintain accurate and organized physical and digital student records, including documentation for new students and admissions-related information.
