Job Description

Position Summary
Reporting to the Director of Global Talent Management Practices,



with matrixed alignment to Mexicali, Mexico Manufacturing HR leadership, this position serves as a key member of both the GTM and Mexicali HR Leadership Teams. The role provides strategic and operational leadership in Talent Management, Leadership Development, Employee Development, and Talent Practices, driving the successful implementation of global and regional talent initiatives at Intuitive’s Mexicali manufacturing sites (primary location: Mexicali, Baja California, MX).
The Sr. Manager partners closely with manufacturing business leaders, country HR, and COE leaders to establish and execute comprehensive talent strategies and initiatives that advance Intuitive’s business objectives and support the growth and engagement of manufacturing talent.
