About the Role
We are seeking an FP&A; Manager to lead financial planning, forecasting, cost management, and operational finance activities for the business. In this highly visible role, you will serve as a strategic business partner to Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering, and Plant Leadership by providing financial insights,



driving productivity initiatives, managing capital investments, and ensuring financial discipline across the organization. This position plays a critical role in supporting operational and strategic decision-making while delivering strong financial performance and compliance.

Key Responsibilities
As an FP&A; Manager, you'll be responsible for:
• Leading the budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes for the business.
• Monitoring daily operating expenses and ensuring spending aligns with approved budgets.
