Job Summary:
Xylem is seeking a Trade Compliance Senior Analyst to support strategic trade initiatives across the enterprise. This role is focused on compliance monitoring, continuous improvement, analytics, and reporting, with responsibilities including data analysis, duty mitigation efforts, and operational process improvements. The Senior Analyst will play a critical role in advancing Xylem’s global trade compliance strategy, including driving cost savings, operational efficiencies, and risk reduction, while also helping to standardize processes, enhance visibility, and strengthen compliance oversight.



As a key partner to regional and business unit teams, this individual will provide governance, reporting, and program support to ensure consistent and effective global import compliance.
