About the Role :
The position plays a key role in the sales organizations growth and success. You will work closely with sales and account management teams to ensure we are handling renewals in an appropriate and timely manner. You will be responsible for creating basic and complex quotes, handling the deal closing process, and managing closed/won opportunities in our CRM. This position will require significant multi-tasking and willingness to take on various sales-related responsibilities as assigned.

Responsibilities :
•
Manage renewals within working hours, and assist with Deal Structuring, Quoting and Pricing, Special Terms, Auditing Deals, Exception Approvals Management, and working closely with the Billing and Account Management team
•
Track, Manage, and Execute renewals across the Americas
•
Assist with customer retention efforts alongside the Account Management and Account Services team
•
Partner and collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Finance, Accounting, Billing, Operations and Legal to review and prepare approval requests for non-standard deal elements and critical processes
•
Anticipate Customer Revenue teams' business needs through regular participation in pipeline reviews and forecast calls
•
Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders including Account Managers and Sales Management
