We are looking for an experienced Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) with strong expertise in observability, AWS infrastructure,



incident management, troubleshooting, and platform reliability. The adecuado candidate will also have experience leading teams and collaborating across functions.
Key Responsibilities & Technical Expertise• Observability & Data: Strong expertise in New Relic, AWS CloudWatch, and Amazon Athena, with the ability to shape, analyze, and aggregate data for rapid debugging and troubleshooting.
• Reliability Practices: Proven experience in incident leadership, Root Cause Analysis (RCA), Blameless Postmortems, load and stress testing using tools such as k6 and JMeter, as well as Backup/Restore validation.
• AWS & Troubleshooting: Strong knowledge of AWS networking and services, including VPC, ALB, CloudFront, ECS, S3, Lambda, Secrets Manager, and WAF. Experience with log extraction and analysis for troubleshooting and threat analysis.
