Team Overview

As a Marketing Growth & Product Intern,



you will join the Marketing Growth & Product team and report directly to the Marketing Manager Growth & Product. Our goal is to make DiDi the preferred choice for our users by showing the value of our products. In this role, you'll help turn data and insights into marketing programs that drive growth, engagement and loyalty. This role is for someone who is curious, analytical and creative, and who wants to see their work go live in the app and in market.

Role Responsibilities

• Supporting the go-to-market planning and setup for new products and features, from early briefs to launch and post-launch results.

• Using internal and external data to find user and market insights that feed growth opportunities, value proposition improvements and campaign ideas.

• Use Excel or Google Sheets, presentation tools, and approved AI solutions to improve the speed and quality of reporting, information organization, and recurring tas
