About the Role
We are seeking an experienced General Manager to lead Haleon's Mexico business and deliver sustainable growth, market share expansion and strong P&L; performance.





The role translates enterprise and category (Oral Health, Pain Relief, Respiratory Health, and Vitamins, Minerals & Supplements) strategies into clear market priorities, customer plans, channel investments and disciplined commercial execution.

As the most senior leader in the market (200+ employees), the General Manager leads the adoption of Haleon's new operating model and builds a high performing, agile and consumer-centric organisation.

The role aligns cross-functional teams, develops organisational capability, represents Haleon externally, and fosters a culture of accountability, collaboration and continuous improvement.

Translate OU and category strategy into market plans
• Turn Operating Unit category and portfolio strategies into executable market, customer and channel plans, with clear priorities and trade-offs within agreed category guardrails.
• Balance enterprise priorities and market need
