Purpose
Drives and coordinates activities in one or more engineering programs within operations, lending support to production and/or the support and development of new products for Business units. These programs may include Manufacturing/Process Engineering, Engineering Systems, Transfer Processes, Technology Development, Tools (design, fabrication, assembly, sourcing, and calibration), and Plant/Equipment Maintenance. Manages and works on issues of different scopes where data analysis calls for the assessment of identifiable factors. Makes judgment calls in regard to plant practices and policie
