Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree
- Teaching Certification in the applicable state for middle school or secondary education.
- Experience teaching or working with middle school learners.




- Strong command of English language and literature, with knowledge of current teaching strategies in literacy education.

- Classroom Management: Ability to maintain an orderly classroom that encourages learning and creativity.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with students, parents, and colleagues.
