Job Description

Oversee global services operations team supporting many aspects of HPEN Services business. Develop and manage processes, customize tools for maximum efficiency and support integration efforts with a focus on systems, tools and processes.





How You Will Make Your Mark
- Standardize operating processes, policies, tool across global service sales teams
- Solicit input to identify needs to service sales teams and manage those needs across teams as needed to implement business practices and automation
- Interface with various internal IT teams to deliver needs of business while ensuring scalability and global consistency
- Improve operational efficiency with a focus on reducing manual work, increasing automation and adoption of tools, minimizing costs while maximizing output
- Manage team of business operations analysts who support global service business in areas such as policies, process, systems, tools, training.
- Understand and coordinate operational activities across several service business functions including; new and support renewal quoting, order processing, support agreement management, sales opportunity management service deliver
