ASFM is seeking a Specialist Co-Teacher to collaborate with classroom teachers and specialists in providing differentiated instruction and inclusive learning experiences across the curriculum. Key Responsibilities: Co-plan and co-teach lessons with classroom teachers. Provide small-group and individual academic support. Implement differentiated instruction, UDL, and evidence-based strategies. Monitor and analyze student progress to inform instruction. Collaborate with Learning Support, EAL, and other specialist teams. Support positive classroom management and student engagement. Communicate effectively with teachers, parents, and specialists. Participate in professional development and contribute to an inclusive school culture. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Education,



Special Education, or related field. Valid teaching credential or license. Minimum 3 years of teaching experience. Experience with co-teaching, inclusion, Learning Support, or specialized instruction preferred. Strong knowledge of differentiation and diverse learning needs. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
