Key Responsibilities Manage 401(k), HSA, FSA, and benefits programs. Lead compliance, audits, governance, and regulatory reporting. Manage retirement and benefits vendors. Analyze and resolve complex employee and HR escalations. Drive process improvements and SOP development. Support benefits administration for Mexico (20% of role). Participate in leave of absence management. Must Have 3-5 years of benefits administration experience. Experience with 401(k), HSA, FSA, and retirement plans.
