Customer Experience Global Director The Customer Experience Global Director is responsible for defining and executing the organization’s general customer experience strategy across all markets, channels, products, and customer touchpoints. This executive leader drives customer‑centric transformation, improves customer satisfaction and loyalty,



and ensures a consistent, seamless, and differentiated experience worldwide.
The role partners closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, Operations, Customer Service, Digital, IT, and regional leadership teams to translate customer insights into measurable business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities Global CX Strategy Define and own the global customer experience vision, strategy, roadmap, and operating model. Establish consistent CX principles, standards, governance, and measurement frameworks across regions. Align customer experience priorities with corporate strategy, commercial objectives, and brand positioning.
