Track attendance, leaves, vacations. Assist with engagement initiatives. Training & Development Coordinate training logistics. Maintain training records. Apply 9 Basic Competencies and CBI; ensure annual evaluations. Compliance & Reporting Ensure adherence to labor laws. Support audits. Prepare HR reports. Health,
Safety & Well‑Being Assist with safety programs and compliance. HR Projects & Leadership Support Participate in HR projects. Provide feedback to HR Manager. To succeed, you will need Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or related. 1–3 years HR experience. Knowledge of local labor laws. Strong communication and organizational skills. Reporting Structure: Reports to: HR Manager
