Your Key Responsibilities Implement and document IT solutions based on IT architecture guidelines Assist in requirements analysis and development of technical concepts Perform configuration and customization, especially in SAP-based systems Participate in integration, testing, and rollout of IT systems including Dev Ops aspects Support the maintenance and support of ongoing IT applications and services Help create training materials and documentation for end users and IT colleagues Participate in the evaluation and selection of SAP/3rd party solutions, as well as in the planning and execution of SAP software maintenance (OSS-Notes, support packages, upgrades)



Ensure compliance and security requirements are met within the scope of responsibilities Support the implementation and operation of IT solutions that meet business requirements and IT standards Implement technical solutions closely aligned with IT Solution Architects and specialist teams Ensure high-quality and timely delivery of IT components Assist in analyzing and resolving technical issues in the assigned applications Management and compliance with SLAs (service level agreement with internal and external customers) and OLAs (internal IT service level agreement) Collaborate with other IT teams and business units for successful integration of IT solutions Your Qualifications Four year degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Engineering, or equivalent professional experience Experience in IT projects, software development, system integration, or IT operations 4+ years of experience in an SAP project and/or support environment o S/4 – mandatory R3 – mandatory Strong Technical Capabilit
