Job Objective Manage and implement human resources processes, ensuring compliance with corporate policies, current labor laws, and the applicable requirements of the IATF 16949 standard, while contributing to staff skill development, continuous improvement, and the satisfaction of internal and external customers.
Roles
Coordinate recruitment processes for operational, technical, and administrative staff
Conduct initial interviews and administer selection assessments
Manage the hiring and onboarding of new employees
Keep personnel files up to date.
Manage issues related to sick leave, vacation, time off, and personnel changes.
Assist with payroll and benefits administration
Respond to employees questions and requests.
Support in resolving labor disputes
Participate in organizational integration and development programs.
Provide support for workplace climate surveys and action plans.
Promote organizational values and a culture of continuous improvement.
Manage the onboarding of new hires
Logistical coordination of internal and external training courses.
Attendance tracking and evaluation of training effectiveness.
Participate in internal audits, client audits, and certification audits.
Requires
Education Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Industrial Relations, or a related field.
Experience At least 2 year of experience in human resources, preferably at companies in the automotive or industrial sectors. Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to foster and cultivate positive relationships with employees.
