At GRG Banking, we are looking for a Software Engineer to join our Mexico PTS team, supporting the development, implementation, and customization of software solutions for customers across Latin America.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and customize software applications according to customer requirements.
Participate in implementation, certification, and pilot projects.
Analyze technical requirements and translate them into gap analysis documents and work orders.
Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues.
Participate in software demonstrations, testing, and new product releases.
Provide technical support, training, and assistance to customers and partners.
Collaborate closely with engineering, sales, marketing, operations, and headquarters teams.
Document technical inquiries, issues, and solutions for knowledge sharing and project followup.

Technical Experience
Experience with objectoriented programming using Java, C, or C, preferably in Windows environments.
Experience developing applications using Client Server C S and Browser Server B S architectures.
Strong system analysis and design skills.
Good programming practices and technical documentation skills.
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
Ability to work effectively under pressure and as part of a team.





Candidate Profile
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
46 years of professional experience in software development or a related position.
Knowledge or experience in software development for banking cash selfservice equipment
Knowledge of EFT Electronic Funds Transfer systems and networks.
Experience with technology solutions for the banking or financial services industry is a plus.
Availability to work onsite at customer locations when required.
Availability for occasional international business travel.
Advanced English C1C2, both written and spoken.
