International Freight Forwarding Operations - Air

Pay Range: $20,000 to $23,000mxn

Shift: Monday - Friday

Location: Benito Juárez, CDMX

Summary: To independently manage and coordinate international freight forwarding operations across Air, Import, and Export shipments, ensuring operational excellence, customer satisfaction, compliance, and efficient end-to-end shipment execution while contributing to process improvement, operational performance, and team collaboration within the Shared Service Center (SSC).

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end Air Import & Export shipments, ensuring timely and accurate operational execution.
- Coordinate bookings, transportation arrangements, shipment tracking, and milestone updates with carriers, agents, vendors, and customers.
- Review, prepare, and validate shipping and customs documentation to ensure compliance with international trade and regulatory requirements.




- Maintain proactive communication with customers and stakeholders regarding shipment status, delays, escalations, and operational solutions.
- Resolve operational issues, service failures, and documentation discrepancies with a solution-oriented and customer-focused approach.
- Ensure operational KPIs, productivity targets, service quality standards, and SOP compliance are consistently achieved.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying process gaps, recommending efficiencies, and contributing to operational excellence projects.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Customer Service, Sales, Pricing, Finance, Customs, and Leadership teams to ensure seamless freight forwarding operations and high customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

- Bachelors degree in: International Business, Logistics & Supply Chain or International Trade
- Knowledge of CargoWise or similar freight forwarding systems
- Must be able to read, write and speak English fluently (intermediate to advanced)
- This role is for persons who have from 1 3 years of experience: coordinating Air (Import-Export) shipments
