eCommerce Project Manager

At TLNT, we believe that recruitment is more than just filling roles — it's about connecting humans with humans. We're a people-first organization partnering with top U.S. companies to help them grow by attracting exceptional talent, and we know that the right content can open the right doors.

This is an excellent opportunity to grow your career with a leading US-based company — fully remote.

You'll join a pre-IPO premium cookware brand headquartered in Los Angeles, selling worldwide through its own online store, Amazon, wholesale, and international channels. It's a brand-led company redefining its category through design and performance — and its eCommerce site is where a big part of that story reaches customers.

As the eCommerce Project Manager, you'll be the operational backbone of the eCommerce team, reporting directly to the Director of eCommerce. You'll own the coordination engine that keeps the site, marketing, and agency partners in sync — turning strategy into action, chaos into clarity, and competing priorities into a clean, accountable workflow.

You're the kind of person who finds satisfaction in a perfectly organized project board, spots a missed deadline before it becomes a problem, and keeps everyone moving without anyone noticing the effort behind it.

What You'll Do

- Project and workflow management. Own the team's project infrastructure in ClickUp — building tasks, setting dependencies, tracking timelines, and keeping every workstream documented and on schedule.

- Cross-functional coordination.

Be the primary operational point of contact between eCommerce, internal teams (Growth, Creative, Product), and external agency and development partners.

- Calendar and deadlines. Maintain the eCommerce site calendar — launch dates, campaign timelines, QA windows, and content deadlines — and flag conflicts or delays early.

- Site operations support. Help run day-to-day site operations in Shopify: product uploads, page updates, promotional setup, and QA coordination.

- Stakeholder communication. Write clear project updates, status reports, and recaps that keep everyone aligned without creating extra follow-up work.

- Process documentation. Build and maintain SOPs, workflow templates, and project documentation that shorten ramp time and bring consistency to the team.

- Agency and vendor liaison. Track deliverables and timelines with external development and creative partners, and escalate blockers to the Director when needed.

- Tool stack. Get the most out of ClickUp, Shopify, Slack, Google Workspace, and creative asset platforms to reduce friction across the team.

What You Bring

- 3+ years of project management or operations experience in a fast-paced, high-growth or DTC environment.

- Proven ClickUp expertise:

you can build a project from scratch, including tasks, dependencies, timelines, and accountability structures.

- Exceptional written and verbal communication in English, adapting your tone for creatives, developers, and leadership.

- Precision in calendar management, deadline tracking and project documentation.

- Comfort with Google Workspace, Slack and creative asset management platforms (Canto, Air or similar).

- A proactive, ownership-oriented mindset — you anticipate problems before they escalate.

- A bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Marketing or a related field, or equivalent experience.

Nice to Have

- Familiarity with Shopify and site operations workflows — a strong plus.

- Experience coordinating between internal teams and external agencies or development partners.

- A love of food and cooking — not required, but you'll feel right at home.

Salary & Perks

- Competitive Pay: We hire top talent and compensate accordingly.

- Working hours aligned with Pacific Time (PST).

- This is a full-time, long-term engagement with room to grow.

- The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with TLNT.

- 100% remote — work from wherever you do your best thinking.

- Additional perks.

Ready to apply? We'd love to hear your story. The next step is a short application where you can share more about your background and upload your resume in English. Take your time — we read every response carefully.
