Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Recruiter with experience recruiting Sales and Sales Engineering professionals. The idóneo candidate understands the competitive hiring landscape and has the ability to proactively build strong talent pipelines through creative sourcing and relationship-building strategies.

This role requires excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a passion for delivering an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience throughout the recruitment process.

Responsibilities:

- Source and attract qualified candidates through networking, referrals, online platforms, events, and other recruiting channels.
- Execute recruitment strategies to support hiring goals and meet management expectations.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including candidate screening, interview coordination, offer negotiation, offer presentation, and closing.
- Serve as a positive ambassador for the company by delivering a professional and engaging candidate experience.
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, provide market insights, and ensure timely hiring decisions.
- Maintain consistent communication and follow-up with both candidates and stakeholders throughout the hiring process.
- Build and maintain strong pipelines for current and future hiring needs.

Qualifications:

- +7 years of recruiting experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Srong experience recruiting for Sales and/or Sales Engineering roles is preferred.
- Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.




- Ability to prioritize multiple roles and manage competing deadlines effectively.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with professionalism and diplomacy.
- Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Understanding of full-cycle recruiting processes and best practices.
