MYSTRA — Looking for a Co-Founder / Commercial & Growth Partner

I'm looking for someone to build the next chapter of Mystra with me.

Mystra started as a passion project and has grown into a Mexico City–based niche fragrance brand in the luxury space. We've launched our signature fragrance and established our first retail partnerships. Now, I want to expand the fragrance line, grow our distribution, and take the business to its next stage.

I'm currently working toward raising capital, and I'm looking for a strategic business partner who can help me make that happen — someone who brings commercial drive, fundraising experience or investor connections, and the ambition to build a brand with international potential.

What I'm looking for

Someone who enjoys building, taking ownership, and turning opportunities into results. Your strengths might be in sales, marketing, business development, retail distribution, e-commerce, partnerships, or fundraising.

I lead the brand vision, creative direction, and product development. I'm looking for someone whose strengths complement mine and who wants to share the responsibility of growing the business.

What the partnership looks like

This is an equity-based co-founder opportunity, with equity subject to vesting. There is no fixed salary at the current stage,



but the partnership can include performance-based commissions from the beginning, particularly for sales, retail partnerships, and capital raised.

If we successfully raise capital, introducing a fixed salary for the role would be part of the plan. The exact structure will depend on the funding secured, the level of commitment, and the responsibilities we agree on.

The commitment can evolve over time, but I'm looking for someone serious about building something long-term — whether we start alongside other commitments or eventually work on Mystra full-time.
