About the Role

Sharp Brains is looking for an experienced Deskside Support Engineer (L1/L2) to provide onsite IT support, troubleshoot end-user devices, and maintain IT operations at client locations in Toluca and Irapuato, Mexico.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide technical support for desktop and laptop hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
- Perform IMAC activities (Install, Move, Add, Change) and break/fix support.
- Configure devices, perform OS imaging, install updates, and coordinate hardware replacements.
- Use SCCM, Microsoft Intune, and ServiceNow for device management and ticket resolution.
- Support Microsoft Office, Outlook, VPN clients, printers, scanners, and other peripherals.
- Assist with Active Directory, user account management, and mobile device support.
- Provide VIP support and assist with critical incidents and escalations.
- Follow IT security policies, antivirus requirements, and ITIL procedures.
- Maintain accurate documentation,



asset inventory, and incident records.
- Provide basic Mac support and Smart Hands assistance when required.

Required Skills

- Experience in L1/L2 Deskside Support, Desktop Support, or End-User Computing (EUC).
- Knowledge of Windows operating systems and desktop troubleshooting.
- Hands-on experience with SCCM, Intune, ServiceNow, and Active Directory.
- Familiarity with hardware replacement, OS imaging, patching, and IMAC activities.
- Strong communication, troubleshooting, and customer service skills.
- Ability to work onsite, Monday to Friday, during standard business hours.

Compensation and Schedule

- Salary: USD 1,200 per month
- Working days: Monday to Friday
- Working hours: Standard business hours
- Work location: Onsite in Toluca or Irapuato, Mexico
