About the Role

Conek Media is looking for an exceptional Full-Stack Tech Specialist to take ownership of the technical systems behind our DFY marketing agency.

!!!!!!SOS:This is a high-output role with a significant workload. You should be comfortable working 10+ hours per day, managing multiple priorities, solving problems independently, and staying calm under pressure.

This position is not suitable for someone who needs constant supervision or prefers a low-pressure workload.

Key Responsibilities:

- Own and manage the agency’s backend systems
- Build, maintain, and improve GoHighLevel workflows
- Create and manage automations and integrations
- Use Claude Code for technical implementation and problem-solving
- Build and maintain Google Sheets systems
- Troubleshoot technical issues quickly
- Manage multiple projects and priorities at once
- Find solutions independently without needing step-by-step instructions
- Improve systems, workflows, and operational efficiency across the agency

Non-Negotiable Requirements

You must have expert-level experience with GoHighLevel.

You must also be highly capable with:

- GoHighLevel
- Claude Code
- Automation
- Google Sheets
- Full-stack technical problem-solving
- Troubleshooting and independent implementation

Basic familiarity is not enough.

We need someone who has genuinely built, managed, and improved technical systems.

The Adecuado Candidate

You are

- Highly resourceful and self-motivated
- Comfortable handling a heavy workload
- Able to work 10+ hours per day when required
- Calm and effective under pressure
- Fast at learning and solving unfamiliar problems
- Comfortable taking full ownership
- Able to work without constant direction
- Detail-oriented and focused on execution

Important

This is a demanding role with a high level of responsibility. There will be a lot of work, multiple moving parts, and frequent technical challenges.

If you become overwhelmed easily, need constant hand-holding, or are looking for a low-pressure position, this role will not be a good fit.

If you are an experienced technical operator who can take ownership of an agency’s systems and get things done, we would like to hear from you.

How to Apply

Send a loom video with:

1. A summary of your full-stack technical experience
2. Your level of experience with GoHighLevel
3. Examples of automations, workflows, or systems you have built
4. Your experience using Claude Code and Google Sheets
5. Why you are confident handling a demanding, high-volume technical role independently
